Any easy to eat vegetables that
aren't fried or creamed will do! Sweet
peppers, cherry tomatoes, celery,
lettuce, raw cauliflower, cucumbers,
carrots, water chestnuts, etc.
Yogurt
Watch out for extra calories in
sweetened yogurt! Buy nonfat or low fat
plain yogurt and add your own fruit and
a little sweetener if you need to and
you'll save calories.
